United States residency and service eligibility

Zelas is currently available only to people who reside in the United States. The service is designed for solo residential real-estate agents.

We may use information you provide during account setup, checkout, and your business brief—such as your service area and billing country—to confirm eligibility, operate the service, and prevent misuse. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you do not reside in the United States.

Billing information

Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. Zelas uses the resulting customer, subscription, billing-country, and payment-status information to start and manage trials, process renewals, provide billing support, and confirm service eligibility. Zelas does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Free guides and marketing emails

When you request a Zelas guide, we collect your email address, the guide and version requested, the consent and privacy-policy versions shown to you, the time of your request, and limited campaign information such as UTM source, medium, campaign, and referring site. We use this information to deliver the guide, send the practical topic-specific email series described beside the form, prevent duplicate enrollments and abuse, and understand whether a guide contributes to a trial or purchase.

Resend processes contact, delivery, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe, open, and click information for these emails. Opens are approximate because email clients may preload or block tracking. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing, complaining, hard bouncing, starting a trial, or purchasing stops the remaining guide nurture emails as applicable.

We record essential server-side requests, opt-ins, downloads, email outcomes, trials, and payments to operate and evaluate this service. Optional browser-behavior analytics, such as starting the form, run only after analytics consent. We do not place your email address in browser analytics events.

Retention and deletion

We keep lead and consent records while needed to deliver the guide, honor preferences, measure the campaign, meet legal obligations, and prevent re-enrollment after suppression. You may request deletion using the contact information provided by Zelas. We first stop local enrollment and request deletion of the corresponding Resend contact. After that remote deletion succeeds, we remove local identifying information and retain only a salted, non-reversible email hash needed to honor suppression plus non-identifying aggregate metrics.
