United States residency

Zelas is currently available only to people who reside in the United States. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are a U.S. resident. Zelas is designed for solo residential real-estate agents and does not currently adapt its service to other industries or countries.

Free posts

One verified user and business may receive one batch of four personalized posts without providing a payment card. Each post may be previewed and downloaded when ready and permanently includes "Created with Zelas" attribution. Scheduling, revisions, and ongoing generation require an eligible trial or paid subscription.

Trial, pricing, and renewal

Starting a trial requires a payment card. The 14-day trial costs $0 today and automatically converts to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout unless you cancel before the first charge.

• Presence: $39 month-to-month or $348 billed annually, equivalent to $29 per month.
• Authority: $49 month-to-month or $468 billed annually, equivalent to $39 per month.

Annual charges are billed in full. The exact first charge date, recurring amount, and billing interval shown at checkout apply to your subscription. After the trial, the subscription renews at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled.

Presence includes eight post allocations and Authority includes twelve in each monthly allowance cycle. Annual billing still uses monthly allowance cycles. Unused allocations expire without rollover. The four free posts occupy the first four allocations when the first trial cycle starts.

Post editing and customer content

Before publication, you may edit the fields Zelas exposes for a post and move it within its assigned allowance cycle. You cannot remove managed citations, required disclosures, or attribution, or change protected assets, template structure, or provider data.

You are responsible for the accuracy, rights, legality, and brokerage approval of text you enter or change. Zelas applies technical, platform, disclosure, citation-integrity, and hard safety checks, but does not perform AI factual or compliance review of your direct edits. Direct editing does not consume the plan's separate AI revision allowance.

Cancellation and pausing

Cancel before the next charge to stop renewal. Access continues through the end of the current paid or trial period. Pausing stops content generation and publishing, but it does not stop billing. Cancel the subscription separately if you do not want it to renew.

Instagram connection

Automatic publishing requires an Instagram Business or Creator account. If you do not connect an eligible account, Zelas continues creating posts on the plan schedule and makes them available to download. The trial and paid subscription continue unless you cancel.
